If you sign up for launch updates, Words TV collects the email address you provide and a record of your consent and sign-up time. If you contact us using the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message and your separately selected marketing preference. We also temporarily use a one-way technical identifier derived from your network address to help prevent automated sign-ups.
How we use information
We use these details solely to administer requested Words TV launch and programme updates, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your information or sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Storage and retention
Sign-up records are held in restricted server storage controlled by the Words TV operator. We keep your subscription information until you unsubscribe, or until it is no longer needed for this purpose; contact enquiries are retained while needed to respond and manage relevant correspondence. Technical abuse-prevention identifiers are periodically reviewed for deletion.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the contact form. Future marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe method. We do not use tracking advertising cookies on this launch site.
